Custom Menu Selection & Creation

B&B Catering & Events (formerly Weir Catering) is known for its unique approach to menu creation, allowing each client to design their very own custom menu. Our culinary team is proud to offer a variety of uniquely crafted cuisines and menu options to choose from for your special day. We understand selecting a menu may sound a bit overwhelming and we are here to help guide you along the way. After all, how does one create a wedding menu? Our experienced sales team is here to assist with the process. With decades of experience, our culinary experts will be sure to help create a menu that will ‘wow’ your friends and family. We would also be happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies. In fact, our event and design specialists will curate your menu by incorporating a balance of vegan, vegetarian, dairy free and gluten free options to ensure no guest goes away hungry!

Rental Coordination & Execution

When it comes to logistics, we’ve got it covered!  A shorter to-do list means all you need to focus on is enjoying the overall experience. We have established relationships with a variety of rental companies in the area including AM Party Rentals, Bright Event Rentals, La Tavola Linen, Unica Party Rentals, and more. Once you book with us, your Event Specialist will work with you and your vision board to find the perfect rental items for your event. Based on your design vison and overall budget, we will recommend the best rental company for all your event rental needs including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, glassware and more!  With our team coordinating all rentals for you, we ensure they every last detail is handled and take one more item off of your plate (pun intended)!

Design Consultations

Our team members will work with you to create an event that transforms your dream into a reality! We offer Complimentary Design Consultations when you book your wedding with us. Once your menu is finalized, you will have the opportunity to discuss event inspiration, vision boards, color scheme, layouts and event setup, buffet or station signage, and any vendor referrals you may need with your Event Specialist. We also have relationships with many vendors throughout the bay area including wedding florists, DJ’s, live bands and/or musicians, photo booths, entertainment and more! We are delighted to discuss whatever is on your mind to ensure that your special day is just as you’ve always imagined it.
